What are the expectations for reviewers?
If you identify inaccuracies or areas that need improvement, please leave comments directly in the review platform. Our editorial team will make updates before publication.
CRA’s AI-content generation platform may also highlight claims at the bottom of the article that are not tied to one specific source. Please review those carefully to ensure they are accurate and appropriately supported.
If you’re comfortable doing so, we strongly encourage you to add expert commentary explaining why the topic matters and how it applies in real-world environments in the comments section.
How do you decide which articles to assign to me?
Article assignments are based on the areas of expertise you submitted when joining the panel. We also consider how well your expertise aligns with the intended audience for each article. If you identify inaccuracies or areas that need improvement, please leave comments directly in the review platform. Our editorial team will make updates before publication.
How do I access the articles?
You will receive a private review link by email for each assigned article or article group. You will see a list of articles assigned to you. If the article is not your area of expertise or you don’t feel comfortable reviewing it for any reason, click the “Reassign” button. Once you open the article, you may leave comments to address whether content is inaccurate, unclear, incomplete, or missing practical industry context. Once submitted, your review is automatically routed back into the editorial workflow. No additional follow-up is required.
How many articles am I expected to review each month?
We ask reviewers to commit to approximately four articles per month. Most reviews take about 30-45 minutes per article.
If an article is not reviewed within 30 days of assignment, it may be reassigned. If delays become a recurring pattern, we may reach out to discuss your availability and preferred level of participation. We respect your time and understand that availability can change.
What if I don’t feel comfortable reviewing an assigned article?
If a topic falls outside your expertise or you are otherwise unable to review it, simply select “Reassign” within the review platform and the article will be reassigned.
How will I be recognized as an expert contributor?
Published articles will include a review attribution byline using your preferred recognition format selected in the onboarding form. If you choose to be publicly listed, your name will link to a contributor profile featuring your professional bio and headshot, if supplied, as well as a list of articles you’ve reviewed. In addition, CRA may maintain a dedicated page highlighting members of the Expert Advisory Panel.
You will also receive a digital badge that can be added to your LinkedIn profile or other professional platforms to recognize your participation in the Expert Advisory Panel program.
